Wrapmate Customer Commitment

At Wrapmate, we want every Customer to feel confident and supported when working with us. The following is a simple overview of how we operate. For full details, refer to our official Terms of Service.

What You Can Expect from Wrapmate

  • Quality & Accountability: We aim to deliver high-quality wraps. If we make a mistake, we will take responsibility and work quickly to correct it.
  • Transparent Pricing: You will always know what you are paying for. If additional work is needed, we will explain why and provide a quote before proceeding.
  • Respect for Your Rights: Your designs, content, and vehicle matter. We treat your property and your intellectual property with care.

What We Ask of Customers

  • Accurate Information: Please provide correct vehicle details and measurements to ensure accurate design.
  • Timely Approvals: Approve designs and quotations promptly to keep your project on schedule.
  • Installer Responsibility: Wrapmate does not perform installations. Any installation-related damage must be addressed directly with the Installer.
  • Deposit & Payment: The 50% Production Payment becomes non-refundable once you approve and sign off on the design and quote. The remaining balance is due at completion.
